This was taken the last day my boyfriend was here before he left to Turkey. It makes me sad because I hate having him leave for 2 months every summer.

Bruce Mozert: Underwater Photography
BRUCE MOZERT
In the 1950's Bruce Mozert captured beautiful underwater images, with out using anything digital.
Bruce Mozert began to do the unthinkable in the 1950's and capture candid moments of people underwater.
Mozert strived to create an underwater camera to capture the clarity of the Silver Springs.
Once he made a successful housing for the camera to take picture under water, he continued taking pictures of mostly women underwater for 45 years.
His images included everyday activities such as tanning, track, mowing, talking on the phone and etc.
His images are extremely influential because they are very difficult to capture and especially since they are all analog there has to be the right amount of light and they cannot move a lot.
Mozert's work was ahead of his time especially with the technology he came up with.

Scanning Flowers
I love how the beauty and color is captured in this single image and that it's the actual flower that helped to create this image. How it moves when flatten and what it decides to look like is up to it. All I have to do it position and push scan. I really enjoyed this assignment.

WALK THE MOON - OKC
Nicholas is a babe. Walk the Moon is the main bae. I am in love of this band and I was blessed to be able to go to OKC with a group of my girls to see this kick butt band. This was the second time I have seen them live and they just keep getting so much better. Ready for a third time. :)
Center of the Universe
Center of the Universe is my shiz. I loved this festival so much. This picture was taken during the best performance ever, Young the Giant. I have been a fan of their music for a while and seeing them live made me love them all the more. The whole festival was so much fun (even though I only went to one day). I can't wait for next year!!
Fat Cat
When I went to my grandparents house this summer I met this FAT CAT. This cat was huge. His name is Leopold and he ways 20-30 pounds. Can you say obese? However, he is so lovable ad cute and cuddly (when he doesn't take up the whole seat).
California Bound
This summer I got the privilege to fly out to California by my self. It was a new experience for me to be on my own, but I feel as if it was self empowering. This year I got to go on the annual lake trip that I usually don't get to go on due to volleyball. The lake was so beautiful and serene, however my phone died and I didn't bring my camera so I failed to capture the beauty. The closest picture I have is the one above of the drive up to the lake. California is such a beautiful state and I hope to one day live somewhere that beautiful.
